Today is a especial day and I would like to wish a HAPPY MOTHER´S DAY to all the mothers out there and all the mom´s to be.
Being a mom is a great and rewarding responsability, and I think no love in this earth can be compare to the love that I mother feels for a child. You are willing to do anything for that child, nothing expected in return. You are willing to sacrifice, give of yourself completely.
My mom was the greatest example of that. She gave of herself and put her feelings aside for the well being of her children. I have missed her for the last 5 years, but I know I will see her in heaven one day.
So let´s pray and rededicate ourselves once again to be godly mothers and great examples to our children. Have a great day everyone!

Dear Pilar, I have been thinking about you especially during Mother´s day here in Spain and in the States. It has made me appreciate and be even more thankful for my Mother. I am so glad you did a post about your Mother! what a great challenge to us as Mothers to make every day count.
I am especially praying to be able to relax about jobs not done exactly the way I think they should be done. I need to remember first that they are still young and second that they are boys. LOL.

Pilar, I, too, have been thinking about you today. I wondered if today would be hard for you. I was so happy to read that your mom is in Heaven!! I did not know that! PTL! I hope you had a good day with Matthew and your girls.
You exactly understand how I feel about Mother's Day. It is the greatest thing to be a mother but sad when you have lost yours. Mine has been in Heaven 4 years now.
What wonderful memories! I'm so glad we have photos nowadays, so we can look at pictures of our loved ones.
Days like today are hard because they are a reminder of your mom being gone.
My mom is still with us, but my dad is with the Lord and I still miss him and always will, I guess.
