Have you notice when you have company over and no one knows what to talk about, if there are kids around, you can just pick them to do something and will entertaint the whole party?
Yesterday we went to our favorite mexican restaurant. Usually for drinks I would ask for juice of lemonade for the girls drinks, but in this particular place all they have is sodas. The waitress told me, after I asked him for our usually juice and lemonade, that usually kids drik Sprite. I am not into giving my kids sodas but I gave in and ask for 3 kids Sprites.
When Noelia, my 2 year old, tried it, at first she was making faces, but finally she said "Anybody, anybody (her way to say "hey everyone") , you never told me this was so yummy?". We were all laughing, we thought was so funny. She didn't stop until she drank it all.You got to love kids :)!!!!

You can always count on kids to break the ice! LOL!
Oh no..now that your daughter got a taste of soda, she may want more! LOL!
She is sooooooo pretty, Pilar!
Too funny! She'll never go back to lemonade again! I remember the first time we let Joshua have sprite in a restaurant. That's all he wants now. Since I don't buy it at home, we usually let him indulge. We don't go out to eat that often anyways so I guess it's ok!
Kids are totally awesome.
that is why kids love sodas. She is so right.

That is so cute!
That is funny Pilar! Hope you guys are having a great time!
Thanks for your encouraging comment on my last post. You are actually stronger than you think. I see it. What's funny is that I feel the same exact way. I am not a strong person at all. But evidently, God has a different way of thinking about us, girl! I so appreciate your sisterhood (if that makes sense?)
Awww... Noelia! Such a funny girl! she makes me laugh. Kayla makes me all sentimental/sweet and Nicole makes me all cuddly. ;)
I miss your girls. ;) But then everyone can love on them now.
Enjoy!
It is interesting to hear the different words used for carbonated drinks. I have always called it "Pop", I think it is a northern thing although I was raised in the South. My Mercy has just discovered Sweat Tea, and thinks it is the best. She is always asking if she can have some of her own in a cup. We don't go out to eat very often at all, but you keep posting about food and I am going to have to have R take me out to eat ;) Thank you for keeping us updated on your day to day stuff. I was telling R the other day about ya'll visitation here stateside and how you compared it to Spain. Take care and have a great day.
Amen! You gotta love kids! They make life an adventure to enjoy!
Hope you are still having a wonderful trip!!
I have an award for you on my blog :)
