This picture was taken when I was 7. Aparently no one taugh me how to smile and open my eyes at the same time :)...... noooooo, it was a super sunny day.
I remember that day because I felt like a princess, I was wearing a super fancy dress, and everyone in my family had come to celebrate. Before I was saved, I was catholic and so this was taken on the first comunion.

All of my girls friends from school are about to have their "first comunion". They're having fancy dresses made and a big celebration.
They all want the teacher to come to theirs. The teacher said, "I can't come to all 24 of yours at the same time".....my daughter Brooklyn said..."excuse me teacher...you mean 23"!!!
Brooklyn won't let them forget she's not catholic!!

what a sweet smile you have! I love the dress!! I was raised Catholic too and I remember my First Communion from years ago; I remember we wore veils and white patent shoes, can't remember too much about the dress though (that would have been in about 1963)
enjoy your weekend; we are in So. Calif. and its the time of year with our June Gloom, overcast skies so I'm not sure how our weather will be, but I'm sure we'll do something fun
